Mission

REAP's Mission is all about honoring the local merchant. We accomplish this by connecting future neighbors to their local business community. When a homebuyer goes through REAP to purchase their house, REAP will credit back 50% of the buyer agent commission in the form of a credit to be used with local merchants in your new neighborhood (Example: based on the $300,000 purchase and a 3% commission, your REAP merchant credit would equal $4500).
